Program description
When you provide a mobile number and affirmatively opt in, HeathWade Creative may send transactional or operational text messages about booking requests, confirmations, reminders, appointment changes, access questions, invoices, payments, editing progress, media delivery, account support, and other service-related updates.
Consent
Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. You may book and communicate by email or through the app without opting in to texts. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and authorize automated or manual operational messages at that number.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your bookings, invoices, deliveries, account activity, and support requests. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. HeathWade Creative does not charge a separate fee for the text-message program.
Opt out
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. Standard opt-out keywords such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE may also be recognized by the messaging provider. You may receive one final confirmation message. After opt-out, we may still contact you through the app, email, or phone when necessary to provide requested services or respond to you.
Help
Reply HELP for assistance or email heathwadecreative@gmail.com. If you change or transfer your mobile number, please update your profile or notify us so messages are not sent to a new subscriber.
Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability, device settings, carrier filtering, and correct contact information. We cannot guarantee that every text will be received.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we use and protect information. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide them to vendors that help deliver and support the messages you requested.
Changes
We may update or discontinue the program. Material changes will be posted here and may also be communicated through the app, email, or text when appropriate.
